8mb is private by design. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It has no account system, no servers, and no third-party analytics, and it makes no network connections.
8mb uses your photo library only to (1) read the photo or video you choose and (2) save the compressed copy back. All compression happens entirely on your device — nothing is uploaded for processing. Your original file is never modified.
None. 8mb stores no personal information and sends nothing to us or any third party. It contains no advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs.
8mb does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
